Cryogenic Engineer (NASA)

Job Description Design, build, and execute cryogenic, hazardous liquid, and gas test systems across varying pressures, temperatures, and configurations Serve as Project Lead for large, multiu2011discipline test programs, managing cost, schedule, and technical delivery Develop pressure systems in compliance with ASME codes and NASA siteu2011specific requirements Perform flow, pressure, compatibility, and stress calculations to ensure safe system operation Prepare detailed work instructions and test procedures, providing oversight to mechanical technicians Support and conduct cryogenic media testing, including liquid oxygen, liquid hydrogen, and other hazardous fluids Present technical briefings and test results to NASA customers and internal leadership Support adjacent lab groups (e.g., oxygen systems, hypervelocity testing) as needed based on workload We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
