Windows 10 Deskside Technician

Our client is seeking a Desktop Technician to provide 100% onsite support for local end users. This role is handsu2011on and customeru2011facing, responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently without an onsite manager. Key Responsibilities + Provide inu2011person and remote desktop support for Windows 10 environments + Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues + Support endu2011user connectivity, including LAN and basic networking + Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong communication with users + Document issues, resolutions, and followu2011up actions Top Skills & Experience + 1.5u20133 years of Windows 10 desktop support in a corporate setting + 1.5u20133 years supporting endu2011user LAN/networking issues + Strong customer service + Ability to provide both remote and handsu2011on support + Must be fully vaccinated Additional Qualifications + Highly selfu2011motivated and able to work independently + Comfortable operating without an onsite client manager + Strong problemu2011solving and organizational skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Warrendale, PA.
