Occupational Therapist - Rehab

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Occupational Therapist to work at a Facility in Falls Church , VA. These are _registry_ positions with our company. Pay Rate: $61 / hour Duties: + Assess patientsu2019 physical, mental, and developmental abilities + Create individualized therapy plans + Help patients improve daily living skills (dressing, eating, bathing) + Provide therapy to improve motor skills and coordination + Recommend assistive devices and adaptive equipment + Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques + Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans + Document therapy sessions and patient outcomes + Work with doctors and healthcare team + Support patients in becoming more independent Minimum Qualifications: + At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Occupational Therapist + Must have up to date credentials in the state of VA + A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association) + Ability to build rapport with patients + Compassionate and caring demeanor + Familiarity with medical terminology If interested in this position, please apply through this job post.
