Licensed Architect

An established civil/environmental engineering and surveying firm based in St. Charles is looking to add a Licensed Architect to their team This individual will start out working in their St. Charles office, but can then transition to their Oak Brook location if preferred. Job Responsibilities: + Responsible for leading the design and documentation efforts, along with overall project coordination and communication with consultants and engineers + Will travel to job sites as needed for construction administration purposes + Will work with clients (usually local municipalities) to understand the needs of the project + Will collaborate with trades in-house Qualifications: + Degree in Architecture + Licensed Architect in IL + Revit or AutoCAD proficiency + Experience leading projects (not necessarily project teams) through construction administration + Familiarity with a variety of building materials + Familiarity with ADA/accessibility standards + Municipal, industrial, or commercial project experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
