Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor/Manager to oversee payroll operations for a growing organization in Ellabell, Georgia. This Contract to permanent position requires a detail-oriented individual with expertise in managing large-scale payroll processes and ensuring compliance with multi-state regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining accuracy and efficiency within the payroll system while supporting a workforce of over 500 employees. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and execute full-cycle payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of bi-monthly payroll. u2022 Oversee payroll for a multi-state workforce, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. u2022 Utilize ADP Workforce Now to streamline payroll processes and maintain employee records. u2022 Handle payroll for over 300 employees, ensuring precision and addressing discrepancies as needed. u2022 Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues and improve workflow efficiency. u2022 Prepare detailed payroll reports and analytics for management review. u2022 Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance. u2022 Train and support team members to enhance departmental performance and knowledge. u2022 Develop and implement best practices for payroll operations to improve overall accuracy and efficiency. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. u2022 Expertise in handling multi-state payroll for a large workforce. u2022 Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems. u2022 Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance standards. u2022 Ability to manage payroll for over 300 employees with precision and attention to detail. u2022 Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. u2022 Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. u2022 Experience in preparing payroll reports and data analytics.
