What Youu2019ll Do + Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain flexographic press equipment + Perform all makeu2011ready tasks, including mounting plates or installing print cylinders + Inspect plates/cylinders for imperfections and verify correct image alignment + Prepare web paths and make precise tension and register adjustments + Execute color corrections and anilox adjustments before production runs + Clean, lubricate, and maintain the press, performing minor repairs as needed + Complete periodic maintenance per manufacturer recommendations u2b50 What You Bring Essential Skills + 5+ years of experience with printing procedures, materials, and press equipment + Ability to read and understand job specs and press capabilities + Strong skill in web path setup and fineu2011tuning adjustments + Experience with routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs + Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Google applications) Preferred Qualifications + Experience with Aquaflex, Comco, or Webtron presses + Strong mechanical aptitude + Solid understanding of flexography and machine operation ?
