Senior Technical Lead

Job Description One of Insight Globalu2019s leading Insurance clients is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join its team in Boston. This role is designed for a Technical Lead, Architect, or Principal Engineer who wants to remain deeply engaged in back-end application design and technical leadership, while taking on light people management responsibilities (~20%). The majority of this role (~80%) will focus on hands-on technical leadershipu2014including system design, architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentoring senior engineersu2014rather than traditional people management. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives as a technical authority, enjoys guiding and enabling other engineers, and can influence engineering direction without stepping away from the technology. You will work closely with Product, Architecture, and other engineering leaders to design and deliver scalable, cloudu2011native, back-end systems that support a highu2011traffic, customeru2011facing digital platform. This role is well-suited for someone who has operated as a senior individual contributor or technical lead and is comfortable balancing delivery, design, and mentorship with limited managerial oversight. Compensationn: $80u201396/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
