Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._ How youu2019ll make an impact in this role + Deliver compassionate direct nursing care by following established clinical protocols to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality treatment tailored to their unique needs. + Lead the coordination of care across multiple medical disciplines, serving as the central point of contact to ensure a seamless and well-organized experience for the patient. + Manage the full patient journey by implementing care plans and proactively coordinating discharge needs with the healthcare team to ensure a safe transition to the next stage of recovery. What minimum requirements youu2019ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. + Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing OR current home state license for multi-state license recognition
