AR Specialist

Description We are looking for an experienced AR Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Responsibilities: u2022 Handle internal and external inquiries, including processing invoices, purchase orders, and responding to vendor requests. u2022 Process credit card payments efficiently and maintain accurate records. u2022 Conduct collections on overdue accounts receivable to ensure timely payments. u2022 Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to the management team. u2022 Add new customers in the system and maintain existing customer files Requirements u2022 Proven experience in accounts receivable management and collections. u2022 Familiarity with processing credit card transactions and receipts. u2022 Strong ability to handle invoice inquiries and provide copies when needed. u2022 Excellent communication skills for managing inbound calls and vendor interactions. u2022 High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial processes.
