Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management sector, is seeking a dedicated Oracle Exadata Data Engineer & DBA to join their dynamic team. As an Oracle Exadata Data Engineer & DBA, you will be an integral part of the Data Management Department supporting critical infrastructure and ensuring platform stability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to collaboration, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: Oracle Exadata Data Engineer & DBA Location: Seattle, WA (Prime Market Rates) and Addison, TX (A Market Rates) What's the Job? + Maintain and optimize Oracle Exadata database environments to ensure high performance and availability. + Troubleshoot and tune SQL performance issues to support business operations. + Implement and manage data replication technologies such as Oracle GoldenGate. + Collaborate with development teams to design and develop scalable data solutions. + Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance data integrity and security. What's Needed? + Strong expertise in Oracle database management and troubleshooting. + Experience with Cassandra, CQL, and DataStax tools. + Knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate replication technology. + Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and SDLC processes. + Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
