Project Coordinator

Job Description An employer is looking for a Project Coordinator who has a background in Administrative Support for one of our top Utility companies in the Nation. This team member will be responsible for administrative support for a Sr. Director in Technology and providing Project Coordination for multiple Directors within Technology Services. Duties include scheduling, financial record keeping/expense reconciliation, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and sorting/distributing invites. May work on special projects. It will be about 20% administration and 80% project coordination. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize. Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.
