No County Albany Street Address 110 State Street City Albany State NY Zip Code 12236 Duties Description Seeking executive-level Deputy Chief Actuary to support the Chief Actuary and the New York State and Local Retirement System (NYSLRS), as part of the actuarial team internal to OSC. Ideal candidate will have substantial project management and actuarial expertise, including actuarial valuations, experience studies, and personnel management. Additional experience with gain/loss analysis, regulatory compliance, pricing valuations for legislative proposals, and public sector employment a plus. Minimum Qualifications u2022 Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) AND eight (8) years of actuarial experience.ORu2022 Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) AND Enrolled Actuary (EA) AND eight (8) years of actuarial experience.ORu2022 Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) AND ten (10) years of pension experience with four (4) years of experience supervising actuaries (may be concurrent).
