Our team is responsible for the successful execution of a large ramp‑to‑rate effort with a heavy focus on supporting proposals, collaborating on make‑where decisions, and driving tooling from identifying the need to delivery and prove‑out.What You Will Be DoingAs the Manufacturing Engineer Sr (Level 3) you will be responsible for supporting proposals and coordinating the identification, design, procurement, delivery, and prove‑out of PAC‑3 tooling.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Generate Tangible Item Lists (TILs) and labor estimates to enable make‑where and make‑split decisionsPlan budgets and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) activities, and coordinate make‑site effortsWrite Tooling Action Requests (TARs), develop tooling Statements of Work (SOWs), and manage priorities for design, fabrication, and prove‑outConsolidate complex tooling status data into actionable insight for leadership and USG customersDrive cross‑site and supplier collaboration to ensure timely delivery and successful verification of toolingWhy Join UsThe ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail‑oriented self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
