Description We are looking for a skilled CRM & Outreach Coordinator to manage marketing automation initiatives and enhance client engagement strategies. This contract position is based in Houston, Texas, and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to dynamic digital marketing efforts while driving lead generation and outreach campaigns. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to support lead generation and client retention. u2022 Utilize HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to optimize campaign performance. u2022 Plan and coordinate corporate, marketing, and networking events to increase brand visibility. u2022 Implement outreach strategies to connect with potential clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones. u2022 Collaborate with the business development team to align marketing strategies with sales goals. u2022 Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness. u2022 Manage client communications and ensure consistent engagement across various channels. u2022 Identify opportunities for cold calling and direct client outreach to expand the customer base. u2022 Support inside sales efforts by providing marketing materials and insights. u2022 Monitor industry trends to adapt marketing strategies to changing market conditions. Requirements u2022 At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, outreach, or a related field. u2022 Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot. u2022 Strong skills in developing and managing email campaigns and lead generation efforts. u2022 Demonstrated ability to plan and execute corporate and networking events. u2022 Excellent communication skills for client engagement and relationship management. u2022 Experience in cold calling and direct client outreach strategies. u2022 Knowledge of digital and media agency dynamics is a plus. u2022 Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
