Description We are looking for an experienced Associate to join our thriving corporate real estate practice in Boston, Massachusetts. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee mergers and acquisitions (M& A) transactions, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with applicable laws. u2022 Facilitate bank and equity financing processes, providing strategic advice and legal support to clients. u2022 Manage the purchase, sale, and financing of businesses and commercial real estate properties. u2022 Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client needs and case strategies. u2022 Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to corporate and real estate transactions. u2022 Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business goals and tailor legal solutions accordingly. u2022 Provide guidance on corporate governance matters to ensure proper compliance and operational efficiency. u2022 Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver timely and effective legal services. u2022 Assist in resolving disputes and addressing complex legal challenges within the business context. u2022 Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends to enhance service delivery. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions and commercial real estate. u2022 Proficiency in drafting and negotiating contracts and transaction documents. u2022 Strong analytical, research, and writing skills to address complex legal issues effectively. u2022 Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. u2022 Experience with bank and equity financings is highly desirable. u2022 Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance. u2022 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members. u2022 Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
