Join us to make a meaningful impact on our food safety, compliance, and traceability initiatives.Major Functional Responsibilities:Develop, maintain and support inventory control processes to ensure accurate product tracking.Apply knowledge of barcodes and traceability systems to support FTR204 compliance.Monitor vendor communications in the FTR204 mailbox and respond promptly.Develop and sit in the liaison role between PFG's third party traceability partner (currently TrustWell) and our Suppliers and CustomersCommunicate PFG traceability requirements to vendors and maintain updated vendor contact lists.Maintain current customer traceability contact lists and support illness-related inquiries.Monitor corporate mailboxes for traceback or recall requests from operating companies and customers, providing resolution or escalation if necessary.Respond to regulatory requests for traceback information and trace-forward effectiveness checks.Troubleshoot and manage vendor and customer traceability issues through Jira, ensuring proper routing and documentation.Develop strong working knowledge of FTR204 and other applicable food safety regulations.Maintain and update the PFG Food Traceability Plan in partnership with the Quality Assurance team.Grow into a leadership role overseeing FTR204 compliance and third-party key data element exchange systems.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards
