Job Description u2022u2003Leading overall technology strategy and governance for the product, in collaboration with technical and architectural stakeholders u2022u2003Defines and communicates a shared understanding of the objectives of an initiative & its scope. u2022u2003Drives to decision on what scope is in vs out of each MVP. u2022u2003Assists the product owner to sequencing deliverables & work products. (i.e. features) u2022u2003Ensures adherence to cost guardrails by balancing capacity, resourcing, scope, and deadlines. u2022u2003Balancing technical needs, ongoing improvements & stability, while lowering costs u2022u2003Ensuring continuous technical delivery of most valuable product capabilities, across the workflow managing risks and dependencies u2022u2003Defining and communicating the technical vision with the technical enablers to achieve it u2022u2003Ensures 52-week Product Level CBE is updated with key milestones in collaboration with the Product owner. u2022u2003Ensuring Products and teams maintains good data hygiene for feature self-assessments and championing the activity dashboard (backlog health, Feature Cycle Time). This Senior Product Manager will lead the end to end technical strategy, planning, and execution for major T Mobile initiatives. Theyu2019ll partner closely with architects, product managers, and senior leaders to define scope, drive decisions, and ensure the right technical work is prioritized and delivered. In this role you will manage program increments, oversee backlog health, coordinate staffing, and keep all teams aligned on the technical vision. Youu2019ll also run governance, maintain cost guardrails, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure continuous delivery of high value capabilities. Strong communication, executive level presentations, and the ability to run war rooms and large cross functional teams are essential. (e.g. Jira and Jira Align). u2022u2003Extremely organized and able to manage a large team . u2022u2003Strong presentation experience and interfacing with senior executives u2022u2003Solid communication skills u2022u2003Ability to run a war room
