This position requires verifying the eligibility of passengers for the preferred pass lane, guiding them through the expedited security check and boarding processes, and ensuring a swift and seamless experience. You are also responsible for maintaining the integrity of the preferred pass system, adhering to all security and airport regulations. In addition, this role involves providing excellent customer service, managing passenger inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise during the expedited process. RESPONSIBILITIES + Manage and oversee the preferred passenger lane at the airport + Verify eligibility of passengers for access to the preferred lane + Provide assistance and guidance to preferred passengers during check-in and boarding processes + Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of passengers through the preferred lane + Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times + Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by preferred passengers + Collaborate with security personnel to ensure compliance with airport safety protocols + Keep updated records of preferred passengers and lane usage + Monitor and report on the efficiency and utilization of the preferred lane + Assist in the implementation of new procedures and policies for preferred passenger services + Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the preferred passenger experience + Coordinate with airline representatives to ensure seamless service for preferred passengers + Train new agents on the policies and procedures of the preferred passenger lane + Stay informed about airline and airport loyalty programs and benefits + Handle sensitive passenger information with confidentiality and care + Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards + Perform any additional duties as assigned by management QUALIFICATIONS + 18 years of age or older + Eligible to work in the United States + Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking) + Experience in customer service or airport operations + Strong understanding of airport security procedures and regulations + Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment + Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance + Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices + Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means + Pass a background check and drug screen + Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable) + Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
