Assembler IV u2013 Electromechanical Assembly Position Summary: The Assembler IV is a senior-level technical role responsible for advanced electromechanical assembly, troubleshooting, system integration, and workflow leadership on complex automated machinery. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Advanced Electromechanical Assembly + Build, align, and integrate complex mechanical modules and component groups. + Assemble wiring harnesses, PCBs, motors, actuators, and power components. + Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and documentation. + Perform precision adjustments and torqueu25a0critical applications. 2. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics + Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems. + Use diagnostic tools including DMMs, oscilloscopes, and test fixtures. + Perform rootu25a0cause analysis and document corrective actions. 3. Leadership & Mentorship + Guide Assemblers Iu2013III in proper assembly methods and safety. + Provide technical training and support onboarding. + Assist Supervisor with workflow coordination and task assignment. 4. Quality, Documentation & Continuous Improvement + Perform inspections and ensure specification compliance. + Maintain build records, rework logs, and test results. + Recommend process and documentation improvements. Required Qualifications: + 5+ years electromechanical assembly experience. + Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skillset. + Ability to interpret engineering documentation. + Independent troubleshooting capability. Preferred Qualifications: + Demonstrated leadership experience. + Experience as team lead, mentor, or trainer. + Exposure to robotics, automation, and precision electromechanical systems. KPIs: + Build accuracy and defect reduction. + Throughput and production target achievement. + Diagnostic speed and effectiveness. + Quality of training provided. + Documentation completeness. Physical Requirements: + Lift 40u201350 lbs. + Standing, bending, reaching for extended periods. + Fine manipulation for wiring and small parts.
