Material Handler / Kitting Associate u2013 $18.50u201320/hr u2013 Fort Collins Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Manpower is partnering with a leading electrical manufacturing company in Fort Collins to find a motivated Material Handler / Kitting Associate . This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics, inventory, and materials management with potential for a long-term role. Why Youu2019ll Love This Role: + Mondayu2013Friday schedule, 7:00 AM u2013 3:30 PM + Hands-on training provided + Full-time hours with a consistent schedule + Collaborative, supportive team environment + Opportunity to grow your skills in kitting, inventory control, and material handling + Potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance What Youu2019ll Do: + Pick, pack, and kit materials for production and customer orders + Receive, unload, and track incoming inventory + Transport materials locally between company sites, if needed + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment + Communicate part shortages, damages, or inventory issues to supervisors + Maintain accurate records and assist with investigating discrepancies + Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety practices when needed What Weu2019re Looking For: + Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics roles + Valid driveru2019s license with clean MVR for local driving responsibilities + Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting materials, and navigating ladders + Strong counting, organization, and problem-solving skills + Team player who can adapt to changing priorities + Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning inventory software Requirements: + Must pass a drug screen and background check + Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment + Willingness to drive locally between sites and occasional trips to FedEx/UPS or suppliers when needed Ready to get started?
