Mailroom / Data Entry Clerk u2013 Labeling & Sorting Workflow Pay Rate: $16.50/hr (PAID WEEKLY + Benefits) Location: Brooklyn, NY u2013 Sunset Park (ONSITE u2013 NOT REMOTE) Schedule: Full-Time Mondayu2013Friday, 9:00 AMu20136:00 PM + Overtime Duration: Ongoing Contract Required Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) + Ability to work a full-time schedule (40+ hours/week) + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to handle repetitive, process-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment + Basic data entry and clerical experience preferred Job Responsibilities + Accurately receive, label, sort, and organize incoming mail and documentation + Verify documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to processing + Maintain logs and records of mail receipt, processing dates, and outgoing correspondence + Perform filing, scanning, and document organization in accordance with workflow guidelines + Support inbound document processing and assist with outbound mailing production + Distribute mail to appropriate departments or employees to ensure timely delivery + Follow established procedures for labeling, sorting, and quality control + Contribute to overall team productivity by assisting with related administrative tasks as nee Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of BROOKLYN, NY.
