With average stays of two to three weeks, youu2019ll build meaningful relationships and witness the difference your care makes in a patientu2019s progress. You will be part of a dynamic rehabilitation team committed to caring for and improving lives every day. Your responsibilities will include: + Administering medications and treatments, monitoring responses, and reporting changes promptly + Assisting with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to support therapy goals and promote independence + Monitoring vital signs and neurological status to detect changes and respond quickly + Documenting progress and functional ability to guide care planning and team coordination + Educating and supporting patients and families about recovery milestones, safety, and self-care techniques + Working closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver personalized, high-quality care What qualifications you will need: + Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + (LPN/LVN) Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse + Vocational School Graduate No Travel Required No experience Required Years of Experience Benefits CarePartners, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
