Required Accountabilities: Maintains daily schedule of patient exams Initiates all required quality control and quality assurance standards through film/exam critique, equipment comparisons,monitoringof procedures and patient care standards. Maintains established daily assignments and all equipment warm-up protocols. Prepares/maintains/administersappropriate contrastmedia/imaging agents for patient administration, as per protocol. Maintainsappropriate policyand safety measures when providing services. Participates in opportunities for patient care improvement. Participates in patient assessment and patient/family education efforts. Demonstrates awareness of sensitivity topatient’srights and regulatoryissues, andmanages situations to reduce risk. Provides superior customer service when relating to customers and associates. Performs/maintainsall other duties/responsibilities asrequired. Provides supports by: Promoting consistent positive patient interactions that advance the agenda of unparalleled patient service Practicing and adhering to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement” Performing other duties as assigned Education & Experience: • High School Graduate/Equivalent Required Required • Less than 1 year of experience in Radiology Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Licenses, Certifications, & Training: • ARDMS Or • Registered Radiographer (ARRT) Basic Cardiac Life Support Required • Required Communicates Effectively: Abilityto deliver verbal and written information in a clear, concise manner to ensure comprehension and achieve desired results. Prioritizes Tasks: Ability to shift attention between multiple activities and competing demands, and to manipulate the order of tasks by importance.
