Job DescriptionThe Plumber is responsible for all aspects of installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of plumbing systems in assigned locations(s). Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.Job Responsibilities Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workersAnticipates and responds to customer spects assigned areas on a routine basis and performs maintenance where necessary to keep facility in functioning and serviceable pletes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedure.Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers, replace or mend broken pipes and open clogged drains.Reports on any major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action as appropriate.Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures.At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice.Qualifications 1-4 years’ experience and knowledge in repair and general maintenance of plumbing required.Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
