This position will support the AM Engineering Group, lead technical project manager, program managers, production team, and engineers. Specifically, the position will help engineers with project management tasks using agile inspired methods to ensure projects stay on track. The focus of this role will be on lower-level detail items that roll up into the high-level task order (to include production, engineering support, customer support, and quality). This will include tracking of daily schedules, formatting of raw technical or financial information into desired formats, and coordinating schedule, cost, and deliverables with the program management teams. Additionally, this role will use ERP system to assist with project management tasks that inform the overall project timeline/effort. As well, review of deliverables before submission will be part of this role’s responsibilities. Note that this is not an IT type of project/organization. Finally, this position will provide customer-facing support, present data, and transmit information as requested. Ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) is a must. Minimum Qualifications: P1 Requirements1. Associate's degree in business management, a technical field, or equivalent.2. 2 years of experience in project management3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).4. Experience in MS Project for program management.5. Experience in creating professional briefings and communications using MS PowerPoint.6. Attention to detail7. Effective interpersonal communication skills.8. Successful collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team.9. Effective verbal communication with clients at all levels.10. Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.11. Due to the requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizenP2 Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree in business management, technical, or equivalent with 3+ years of professional work experience2. Familiarity with agile project management3. 2 years of experience in project management4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).5. Experience in MS Project for program management.6. Experience in creating professional briefings and communications using MS PowerPoint.7. Attention to detail8. Due to the requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. citizen Preferred Qualifications: While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: 1. Demonstrated experience in Agile Project Management2. Agile scrum master certificate3. DAU level I or II Life cycle Logistics certification or PMP certification.4. Working knowledge of US Air Force policies and procedures5. 5+ years of business, finance, or technical project management experience.6. Experience using an ERP system (Global Shop preferred)7. Experience working in a production/manufacturing environment8. Demonstrated successful experience in proposal writing.9. Experience working with engineering and technical teams and projects.10. Active CAC holder
