Presbyterian Homes & Services - Folkestone is seeking a Housekeeping Services Manager for its team.SCHEDULE/HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pmREPORTING STRUCTURE:The Housekeeping Services Manager reports to the Site Leader or Director assigned responsibility for Environmental Services and supervisors Housekeeping staff.ABOUT THIS COMMUNITYFolkestone100 Promenade AvenueWayzata, MN 55391Folkestone is a progressive 'green' community featuring access to pedestrian walkways, shopping and dining, plazas and open space, public art and fountains - all walking distance from downtown Wayzata and Lake Minnetonka.As an employee you can take advantage of a variety of amenities such as: - Heated underground parking for all employees- Discounted employee meals- Free Fitness Center access- Heated streets and sidewalks (no snow and ice in the winter!)- Lots of dining choices nearby- Brand new equipmentThis community offers the following care options: Assisted Living, Assisted Living with Memory Care, Enhanced Assisted Living, Care Center/Long Term CareThe Housekeeping Services Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, evaluating and effectively directing the Housekeeping Services staff in order to ensure uncompromising levels of cleanliness in work areas, buildings, and grounds consistent with regulations, established policies, procedures and best practices.As a member of the site leadership team, the Housekeeping Services Manager is responsible for participating in the planning and implementation of strategies and programming that assure a safe and secure environment while achieving short and long-term goals and objectives for the site.High School graduate or equivalent.Familiar with the basic principles of sanitation.Previous supervisory experience.Demonstrated organizational, administrative, leadership and prioritization skills.Must have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members andthe general public.Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.The estimated starting pay range for this role is $22.12 - $27.65 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role.
