CDL A Flatbed Driver Job Details: Schedule: 1st shift Mon-Fri. 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay: $29 per hour, $1160 estimated weekly pay. Route Type:Local Equipment: 48-53ft flatbed truck/trailer Handling: Light Touch (load securement) CDL A Flatbed Driver Job MinimumRequirements: License:CDL A Experience:2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable CDL driving experience Endorsements: None Equipment Experience: At least 2+ years of flatbed experience Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements CDL A Flatbed Driver Job Responsibilities: Safelyoperate48-53ft flatbedon local routes Transportsteel beams in accordance withDOT and company safety standards Perform required handling tasks, including laying dunnage and load securement. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintainaccuratelogs and paperwork Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations Meet the physical demands of the role, including being able to lay dunnage across the trailer before it is loaded, as well as strapping and potential tarping.
