Job Description

Iu2019m currently partnering with a leading aerospace/defense manufacturer to identify a Manufacturing Engineer to support production, process improvement, and new product introduction efforts. This is a highly visible, hands-on role working cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations. What Youu2019ll Be Doing: + Develop, improve, and document manufacturing processes, work instructions, and routings + Support production with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives + Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and test setups + Partner cross-functionally to drive quality, cost reduction, and productivity improvements + Support MRB activities and dispositioning + Review engineering drawings for manufacturability + Lead new process development, including equipment selection and CAPEX justification + Provide day-to-day production support and operator training What Theyu2019re Looking For: + 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (aerospace preferred) + Strong understanding of machining, assembly, and/or electromechanical systems + Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation + Experience with GD&T and CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar) + Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO environments Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Military connected talent encouraged to apply To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Massachusetts Candidates Only: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment.
