Job Title: Welder Job Description We are seeking talented welders to join our team and contribute to a significant project involving the welding of structural steel. As part of our dynamic job shop, you will work on a variety of projects across multiple industries. Responsibilities + Perform MIG welding on structural steel, particularly with pieces up to 2 inches. + Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure precise welding. + Collaborate effectively with team members, working in groups of up to three people. + Maintain a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Essential Skills + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Experience with structural steel is highly desirable. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Work Environment Work in a very clean and safe facility with a variety of equipment, including presses and CNC mills. While the welding area can get hot due to its proximity to warehouse doors, the overall environment is pleasant. Choose between two shifts: 1st shift from 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 2nd shift from 3:30 p.m. to 2 a.m., both operating on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blacklick, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
