What you'll do... + Global Transformation Initiatives: Actively support or drive key transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. + End-to-End Process Re-engineering: Analyze and redesign complete business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring optimal performance. + Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps for current (as-is) and future (to-be) process flows, providing clear visual documentation for stakeholders. + Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate opportunities for process offshoring, elimination, and automation, contributing to a more streamlined workflow. + Service Level and KPI Review: Assess current and proposed service level requirements and process KPIs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business. + Governance and Service Management: Review and refine governance and service management frameworks to maintain high standards of service delivery. + Design Workshops: Organize and support workshops to design innovative solutions, fostering collaborative environments for idea generation and problem-solving. + Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for various functions within Ford Credit, developing and managing project plans, and collaborating effectively with global stakeholders. + Value Architecture & Economic Assessment: Conduct economic assessments of optimization opportunities, articulating the business value and ROI of proposed process improvements and technology adoptions. + AI/ML Efficiency: Identify opportunities and support the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to automate processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation.
