Description We are looking for a skilled Pricing Analyst to join our team in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities: u2022 Design, implement, and enhance pricing strategies that align with organizational objectives and adapt to changing market conditions. u2022 Perform detailed pricing and market analyses to ensure competitiveness against current and future industry trends. u2022 Build and maintain sophisticated pricing models and analytical tools to support data-driven decision-making and forecasting. u2022 Identify opportunities to optimize pricing by analyzing product costs, market demand, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning. u2022 Monitor market trends, customer behaviors, and economic factors to translate findings into actionable pricing strategies. u2022 Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to review and adjust pricing actions while providing tailored recommendations. u2022 Present pricing insights, metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. u2022 Maintain accurate documentation and control of pricing records to ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards. u2022 Act as a subject matter expert on pricing processes and best practices, providing training and support to team members as needed. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in financial analysis, including pricing strategy development and market analysis. u2022 Proficiency in financial modeling and data mining techniques to support strategic decision-making. u2022 Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct variance analysis and identify optimization opportunities. u2022 Advanced knowledge of tools and systems used for financial analysis and forecasting. u2022 Effective communication skills to present complex data and insights to diverse stakeholders. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities. u2022 Familiarity with industry trends and customer behavior within the manufacturing sector. u2022 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
