? Data Center Energy Marshal 5 (Construction / Electrical Safety) ? Location: Wenatchee, WA (100% onsite) ? Pay Rate: $74.56 u2013 $80.31/hr (up to $144.47 bill rate) ? Schedule: 40 hrs/week + ~10 hrs OT ? Duration: 12 months (high potential for extension through 2028) u26a1 Overview Our client, a global leader in cloud infrastructure and data center development, is seeking an experienced Data Center Energy Marshal (EM) to support mission-critical construction projects. This is a high-impact safety role responsible for overseeing energy isolation (LOTO) across complex electrical and mechanical systems in a ground-up data center environment . If you have deep experience in electrical systems, commissioning, and hazardous energy control , this is your opportunity to work on cutting-edge infrastructure projects. ? What Youu2019ll Do + Lead and enforce the Energy Isolation Program (LOTO) across construction and commissioning activities + Ensure all systems reach and maintain a zero-energy state before work begins + Audit and validate safety procedures, including: + Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) + Permits and documentation + Contractor compliance + Collaborate with: + General Contractors + Electrical & Mechanical trades + Commissioning teams + Oversee medium- and high-voltage systems (120V up to 25kV) + Trace power through redundant electrical systems (UPS, switchgear, generators) + Support startup, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems + Train teams on energy isolation procedures and safety standards + Partner with EHS teams to drive operational safety excellence ? What You Bring + u2705 10+ years of experience in: + Electrical systems + Construction or commissioning environments + Energy isolation / LOTO programs + u2705 Strong knowledge of: + Power distribution systems + Switchgear, UPS, generators + Mechanical and fluid systems + u2705 Ability to: + Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and construction drawings + Validate zero-energy states across complex systems + u2705 Proven experience working in high-risk, high-performance environments + u2705 Strong communication skills with both technical and field teams u2b50 Highly Preferred: + Data center experience + Prior experience in large-scale commissioning projects + Experience working in similar enterprise environments ?
