BAS Installation Technician

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a installation technician to join an intelligent building solutions company that have helped customers, including small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations, operate their buildings more efficiently for over 40 years. Essential Job Functions: u2022 Initiate, install, troubleshoot, and optimize customer systems that utilize advanced Direct Digital Control technology. u2022 Mentor and develop less experienced Field Engineers on all field tools and technology. u2022 Serve as local contact for technical issues. u2022 Offer effective solutions for complex system issues. u2022 Provide turnkey project delivery on medium to large projects. u2022 Responsible for ensuring that systems operate properly, to include controls, sensors, and software. u2022 Load software, configure trends, alarms, and reports. u2022 Implement time management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction. u2022 Communicate and document the status and details of the project for the customer. u2022 Provide site-specific training to owners/operators on the complete system.
