Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team The Seasonal Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill job orders. The purpose of this role is to acts as a liaison through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle and provides exceptional customer service to candidates. Responsibilities for the Recruiter role include: + Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers + Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) + Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process + Assist with onboarding and orientation logistics as needed Pay Details: $20.00-$25.00 per hour (depends on experience) Shift: Must flexible between 1st/2nd Qualifications + 1u20133 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a high-volume or seasonal environment + Strong interpersonal and communication skills + Proven ability to manage multiple task and deadlines simultaneously + Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment + Flexibility to work varied hours during peak periods, including some evenings and weekends if necessary Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
