Project Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Geneva, Illinois, on a long-term contract basis. This role demands a strategic leader capable of managing complex IT projects, ensuring seamless execution, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments and driving accountability at all levels. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes. u2022 Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to ensure projects meet objectives and deadlines. u2022 Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, documentation, and regular status reporting. u2022 Identify potential risks proactively, escalate issues as needed, and implement mitigation strategies. u2022 Hold vendors accountable for their deliverables and ensure alignment with project goals. u2022 Collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, IT, and vendor teams to drive project success. u2022 Maintain open and transparent communication with leadership to keep them informed of project progress and challenges. u2022 Support post-implementation activities and assist in the rollout of additional IT systems as required Requirements u2022 Extensive experience managing IT projects at a senior level, with a focus on technology implementations. u2022 Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and practices. u2022 PMP Certification is highly preferred. u2022 Proficiency in using project management tools, including Atlassian Jira. u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency. u2022 Excellent skills in documentation, governance, and stakeholder communication. u2022 Proven ability to drive accountability and performance from vendors and teams. u2022 Familiarity with IT transformations and system implementations.
