What Youu2019ll Do + Set up and operate Thermoplastic and Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) molding machines following established procedures + Perform daily mold maintenance to ensure optimal performance and quality + Set up robotic End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) and load correct robot programs + Configure hot runner and cold deck systems , process monitoring equipment, and related programs + Record and monitor process parameters using ERP and IQMS SPC systems + Set up work cells per IQMS work center layouts + Inspect molds after production runs and ensure proper treatment and storage u2705 What Weu2019re Looking For + 1+ year of experience with Thermoplastic or LSR machine setup _or_ completion of Mold Technician Level One training + Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment + Experience with troubleshooting, machine operation, and blueprint reading + Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English + High School Diploma or GED u2b50 Why Youu2019ll Want to Work Here + Tuition reimbursement covering up to 90% of annual education costs + 10 paid holidays , including 2 floating holidays + Competitive 401(k) with company match + Stable career path within a respected medical device organization ?
