Packaging Associate

Job Title: Production & Packaging Associate Location: Racine, WI Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Shift: 1st Shift 5:00 AM u2013 3:00 PM (Paid Lunch) Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Production & Packaging Associate to join a growing team in Racine, WI. This role involves supporting the production and packaging of mineral-based soil supplements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities + Fill and seal product bags accurately and efficiently + Palletize and wrap finished goods + Move pallets using a forklift + Load and unload raw materials and finished products + Assist with production line start-up, shutdown, and ongoing cleanup + Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements + Prior forklift experience required + High school diploma or equivalent required + 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred + Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus Physical Requirements + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly + Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift + Frequent bending and physical activity required Pay Details: $18.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
