Assembler - Pay Upto $24/hr - Great Opportunity For Growth Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Lead Assembler to oversee a team while actively participating in the assembly of gym equipment. This role involves ensuring production schedules are met and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities + Oversee and participate in the assembly of gym equipment. + Manage day-to-day production activities on the assembly line. + Ensure production schedules are met. + Communicate daily production updates. + Complete assembly following established procedures. + Maintain necessary paperwork. + Move machines using manual and electric pallet jacks. + Perform additional tasks as assigned. Essential Skills + Mechanical assembly experience + Proficiency with manual and electric tools + Ability to read work instructions and drawings + Strong communication skills + Solid organizational and problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment + Basic computer skills including email and Excel + Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs Additional Skills & Qualifications + High School graduate or equivalent + Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience + Experience in a lead or managerial role + Versatility in working on multiple assembly lines Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $24.00/hr.
