Intuitive Operations Automation (BPO) Service Line Sales Specialist - Finance & Accounting Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Service Line Specialist with 14 to 18 years of expertise in Finance-Record to Report Finance-Order to Cash and Finance-Procure to Pay. The ideal candidate will excel in managing financial processes and ensuring seamless operations within a hybrid work model. This role requires a deep understanding of finance and accounting contributing significantly to our company's financial efficiency and societal impact. Responsibilities + Oversee the end-to-end financial processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. + Manage the Record to Report function ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. + Streamline the Order to Cash process to enhance cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables. + Optimize the Procure to Pay cycle to improve supplier relationships and cost efficiency. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives. + Implement best practices in financial operations to drive continuous improvement. + Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business growth. + Provide expert guidance on financiais systems and tools to enhance operational efficiency. + Lead initiatives to automate and digitize financial processes for increased productivity. + Monitor financial performance and provide regular updates to senior management. + Foster a culture of financial excellence and accountability within the team. Qualifications + Possess extensive experience in Finance-Record to Report Finance-Order to Cash and Finance-Procure to Pay. + Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. + Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. + Have a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles and practices. + Show proficiency in financial software and tools to drive operational efficiency.
