Quality Complaint Specialist

Job Title: Quality Complaint Specialist Job Description As a Quality Complaint Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring all quality and compliance activities adhere to cGMP, FDA, and ISO standards. You will play a crucial role in approving and releasing batch records and raw materials, as well as reviewing and managing all deviations and investigations. Additionally, you will provide support during regulatory audits within the Quality Management System (QMS). Responsibilities + Follow and handle all quality and compliance activities according to cGMP, FDA, and ISO standards. + Approve and release all batch records and raw materials. + Review and manage all deviations and investigations. + Support and assist in handling regulatory audits within the Quality Management System (QMS). Essential Skills + Proficiency in compliance management and quality assurance. + Strong skills in batch record review, deviation management, investigation, and root cause analysis. + Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS). Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in a life science field. + 3-5 years of experience working in GMP, FDA environments, and Quality Management systems. Work Environment The role is based within the QA team and involves working Monday to Friday during normal business hours. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bedford, MA.
