Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Functional Specialist in the Insurance Solutions Group where you will leverage your expertise in insurance products and Guidewire PolicyCenter. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will play a crucial role in enhancing our insurance solutions ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Your contributions will directly impact our companyu2019s growth and the insurance industryu2019s evolution. Responsibilities + Analyze and interpret complex insurance product requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter. + Provide expert guidance on the configuration and customization of PolicyCenter to meet specific client needs. + Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and configurations. + Conduct thorough testing and validation of system functionalities to ensure optimal performance. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PolicyCenter implementations ensuring minimal disruption to operations. + Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and proficiency in insurance products. + Monitor industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions and improvements. + Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in all system implementations. + Support the transition of new solutions from development to production environments. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine system functionalities. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience. + Contribute to the development of strategic plans for future system enhancements. Qualifications + Possess a strong understanding of insurance products and their lifecycle. + Demonstrate expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter with proven implementation experience. + Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges. + Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the insurance domain. + Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and configurations. + Display effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams. + Hold a bachelors degree in a related field with advanced certifications as a plus.
