This role requires clinical expertise, strategiccollaboration, and a passion for delivering impactful healthcaretechnology.Key Responsibilities- Drive sales of complex software solutions across multiple product lines, with a focus on Treatment Planning Systems and QA Products.- Operate within a regional overlay model, collaborating closely with District Managers, Technical Solution Managers, and Service Managers to align sales and service efforts.- Serve as the clinical expert for assigned product lines-crafting compelling proposals, delivering tailored system solutions, and closing high-value, complex deals.- Deliver expert-level product demonstrations of the product line to both small groups and large audiences.- Clearly articulate the value proposition of each solution, including integration with other Varian technologies, and confidently address specifications and customer inquiries.- Support accurate configuration of customer quotes and contribute to securing both software and hardware opportunities.- Provide regular business plans, sales forecasts, and order tracking for your region.- Travel 75%Qualifications- Proven clinical experience with Eclipse and recognized expertise in Treatment Planning Systems.- Strong understanding of IT systems, healthcare reform, PACS, EMR, and industry-specific technologies.- Demonstrated ability to work independently, solve complex business challenges, and influence senior stakeholders.- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years in software sales or a related field.- Must reside in the Southwest region.Preferred Skills- Deep knowledge of the oncology software landscape and integration strategies.- Experience with product configuration, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.- Ability to navigate and influence within matrixed organizations.Who we are: We are a team of more than 72,000 highly dedicatedHealthineers in more than 70 countries.
