Job Description UW Medical Center u2013 Montlake has an opportunity for an experienced Lactation Consultant Nurse to join our Postpartum Unit. The Lactation Consultant serves as a support to pregnant and lactating parents and their infants. RESPONSIBILITIES _but not limited to:_ + Manage and/or support a caseload of patients across the perinatal and breastfeeding continuum (assessment, care planning, intervention, and evaluation). + Provide lactation services to patients on an as-needed basis, working with other care providers to triage need.
