Electrical Engineer

Description Currently sourcing for an Electrical Engineer with 8+ years of electrical engineering, instrumentation and controls background . Must have experience with Ignition. Design, develop, and verify integrated industrial product control systems compliant with all regulatory requirements for wastewater treatment products and industrial products. Ensure successful integration into customer operational systems and facilities. Applies knowledge and understanding of programming and troubleshooting plant controls processes and the equipment used to control those processes. Makes recommendations to improve the control of the processes or the processes themselves. Supports the maintenance of plant equipment to ensure a minimum of downtime. MUST HAVE BS Electrical or Controls Engineering degree preferred, others suitable with commensurate experience 8-10 years of experience working with PLC controls, logic circuits, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment Strong knowledge and experience with SCADA and Ignition Excellent proficiency to read, write, and understand the English language. Knowledge of Inductive Automation Ignition Platform Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.
