About the role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contract Management Specialist with over 10 years of domain expertise across the end-to-end contract lifecycle, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with the SirionLabs Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform. In this role, you will: + Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of the SirionLabs CLM platform, including workflows, templates, obligation tracking, and reporting + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective CLM configurations and solutions + Serve as a subject matter expert on SirionLabs functionality, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to end-users + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline contract lifecycle processes, strengthen compliance, and increase operational efficiency + Analyze complex contract data to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, generating actionable insights for leadership Work model: Hybrid We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. What you need to have to be considered + 10+ years of experience in contract management with strong knowledge of end-to-end contract lifecycle processes (drafting, negotiation, execution, obligation management, compliance) + Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and managing the SirionLabs CLM platform + Proven track record of leading successful cross-functional initiatives and CLM transformation programs + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contract data and generate actionable insights + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams These will help you stand out + Sirion certification (must-have) + Deep expertise in Sirion implementation and configuration + Experience driving solution governance for enterprise-wide CLM transformation programs + Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and regulatory standards in contract management + Ability to mentor and train end-users, fostering adoption and continuous improvement Certifications Required + Sirion Certification u2013 Certified Solution Architect We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
