Storey Lake Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Concierge Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the member journey, attending to member reservation requestsPromote the resortu0027s facilities and area attractionsMaintain knowledge of all F&B outlets on property including their menus and reservation requirementsEnsure members are aware of all upcoming member eventsServe as a local information source for membersProvide information about special events within the resort and surrounding areaAnswer all incoming calls to the guest service deskAssist members with various services such as making dining reservations, ordering flowers, wine, and gift baskets, coordinating car and limousine service, making or changing airline reservations, providing directions, and other special arrangementsAssist members with questions and concerns, make suggestions, and identify possible solutionsManage flow of the member areaMonitor business volume forecast and plan accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity costs, and other expensesCommunicate any changes or new policies and procedures to the departmentCoordinate the entire member journey, including communication of members and round serviceMaintain detailed knowledge of all activities available on propertyIncorporate safe work practices in job performanceMaintain a professional standard at Storey Lake Club including appearance, interaction with members, associates, and guests, verbal discussions, and written correspondenceRegular and reliable attendancePerform other duties as requiredMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceOther QualificationsRegular and reliable attendance
