Job Description An employer is seeking a contract Mid Level UX Designer to join a project supporting their Credit System Rewrite. u00b7 Product design for internal operations for financial lending u00b7 Research and discovery work to inform design decision-making u00b7 Support for product management General work expectations u00b7 Design complex interfaces supporting business operations, including both internal and external users, with a human-centered approach u00b7 Create interactive prototypes to illustrate functionality u00b7 Utilize and contribute to in-house design system u00b7 Evaluate designs and perform heuristic analysis of user interfaces to inform design direction u00b7 Partner with business subject matter experts and software engineers to develop and prioritize features and stories u00b7 Plan and conduct user research and communicate synthesized findings u00b7 Design journey maps, service blueprints, and other service design and information architecture artifacts u00b7 An empathetic, compassionate, and curious approach, striving for the highest quality experience through collaboration. u00b7 Comfortable giving and receiving design critique, as well as thoughtful, tactful, design guidance across disciplines u00b7 Review, provide feedback on, and support the development of user stories and features.
