_Are you ready to join a growing team?_ CTG is seeking an experienced Software Engineer III to join our clientu2019s growing technology team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining complex Fullstack web applications while leading and mentoring less experienced developers. Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: 12 months Why Youu2019ll Love This Role: + Lead complex projects as both technical contributor and mentor. + Work on Fullstack web apps with C#, .NET MVC, WebForms, Angular, SQL Server . + Participate in Azure Cloud migrations , performance tuning, and implementing best practices. + Influence technology strategy, recommend solutions, and improve development processes. Key Responsibilities: + Design and develop high-complexity applications using .NET, Angular, and SQL Server. + Mentor and guide junior developers on project tasks and coding standards. + Perform performance analysis, tuning, and debugging of applications. + Create and review technical specifications, test plans, and project documentation. + Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams across all development phases. + Follow and promote coding best practices (SOLID principles, TDD). Must-Have Technical Skills: + .NET Framework 4.8 & .NET Core, C# + ASP.NET WebForms & MVC + Web API development + Angular + UI libraries (Prime NG/KendoUI) + SQL Server performance tuning + Entity Framework Core + Unit testing & mocking frameworks + GitLab / version control + Azure Cloud migration/refactoring experience Nice-to-Have: + Dependency Injection frameworks + DevOps CI/CD scripting/support + Docusign or Filenet integrations Qualifications: + Minimum Associateu2019s degree + 6 years application development experience (or equivalent work experience). + Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor teams. + Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
