The Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) plays a critical clinical role within key hospital accounts, ensuring highu2011quality patient experiences and seamless coordination of cardiac wearable therapy. This position focuses on patientu2011facing and provideru2011facing clinical activities, including preu2011fitting conversations, collection of clinical documentation, coordination with case managers for discharge timing, and delivery of initial patient fittings. The CAS also provides clinical inu2011services, supports EMR workflow setup, and serves as a trusted resource for clinicians and care teams. In partnership with Sales and Territory leadership, the CAS helps maintain strong relationships within key accounts and ensures inventory and operational readiness to support patient care, renewals, and ongoing documentation needs as Kestra continues to scale. The CAS will serve as a local resource for ensuring inventory coordination is just in time for the needs of the accounts as we continue to scale and support additional renewal and clinical documentation needs post fitting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: u00b7 Work within their assigned key accounts to provide quality and timely fittings for patients. u00b7 Aid in providing additional documentation from patients and providers post fitting u00b7 Provide initial patient fittings and field-based follow-up tasks u00b7 Support EMR set-up within key accounts for ease of order processing u00b7 Provide recommendations to the care team of process and training for patient compliance and experience. u00b7 Link the SWO renewal process back to the following physicians for continuing care. u00b7 Provide clinical in-services to personnel within key accounts. u00b7 Manage inventory for fittings in their local areas. u00b7 Support SWO growth and maintenance within established accounts. u00b7 Forecast and regulate inventory management needs for local areas. u00b7 Support follow-up tasks for renewals, discharge dates, delivery documentation, and clinical documentation. u00b7 Review CareStation reports for patient triggered episodes and events for further communication to providers Adhere to Pledge of Confidentiality + Information regarding a patient of this company shall not be released to any source outside of this company without the signed permission of the patient. Furthermore, information will only be released internally on a need-to-know basis. All Team Members will not discuss patient cases outside the office or with anyone not employed by this company unless they are directly involved with the patientu2019s case. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree; preferably in a clinical science (nursing, physiology, biology) or related field u00b7 Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac nursing, or cardiac medical device clinical support u00b7 Demonstrated experience in patient education, cardiac disease management, or supporting cardiac care pathways u00b7 Competent with Microsoft products, Salesforce, and remote patient monitoring systems u00b7 Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across clinical, operational, and commercial teams u00b7 Ability to consistently work remotely u00b7 Must reside in the assigned territory u00b7 Valid driveru2019s license in state of residence with a good driving record Preferred: u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree or higher u00b7 Prior experience working in medical device and/or DME u00b7 Minimum 2 years of industry experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals, or a comparable healthcare setting u00b7 Experience working closely with Sales Leaders and Territory Managers in the field u00b7 Start up experience with the ability to execute on a strategy with clear direction and communication across the organization u00b7 Mission driven for improving heart failure patientsu2019 quality of life SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: u00b7 None Work ENVIRONMENT u00b7 Frequent local travel u00b7 Must be able to work in different office-like conditions. u00b7 Extended hours when needed u00b7 Kestra manufactures and provides life-saving products regulated by the Federal Food and Drug Administration and under contract with Medicare.
