Field Service Technician

Job Title: Field Service Technician Location: Jackson MS 39209 Work Schedule: 4 days per week Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Opportunity for overtime on the 5th day Pay Rate: USD 30 - 31/hr Contract: 8 months Qualifications: u2022 High school diploma or equivalent u2022 1-3 years of technical or field service experience u2022 Customer service experience u2022 Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills u2022 Experience with Microsoft Office and smart devices u2022 Ability to obtain a TWIC card u2022 Ability to obtain a CDL Class A or B with applicable endorsements u2022 Ability to operate a company vehicle and meet driving requirements u2022 Ability to pass a credit check u2022 Experience using hand tools and power tools u2022 General small engine maintenance experience preferred Responsibilities: u2022 Perform field service activities safely and efficiently at customer sites u2022 Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues u2022 Identify and resolve safety issues involving company and customer equipment u2022 Interact directly with customers at one or more job sites u2022 Ensure power equipment is ready for use and track equipment condition u2022 Maintain inventory and assist with equipment upkeep u2022 Exercise and turn water valves and fire hydrants using hand and power tools u2022 Perform general small engine maintenance u2022 Maintain company property and follow all safety procedures u2022 Travel to other locations, meetings, and seminars as needed As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
